AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I,CARLOS BAGWIS, 61 years old, married, Filipino and a resident of
Norala, South Cotabatoafter having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
do hereby depose and state, to wit:

1. I know personally Cookie Monster Jr. and Dam GO because we belong to

the same barangay. We know each other for almost a long time.

2. I know personally that Bert Cookie Jr. was a tenant of Benj Jo. farming a
portion of land Lot.21, SWO-13454 situated in New Lagao,Tacurong City
since 1994. I also know personally that Pogi was a tenant of the same lot.

3. I later came to know that the said lot was mortaged to them Ben Jo There
is no truth that they are businessmen.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to truth of the foregoing statements.
