Challenge Overview
You want to take on the 21-Day Challenge with nothing short of getting results by the end of it.
Whether you have been trying for over a year on your own or just getting started because of all
the free time you have, this is the challenge for you. Why? It is because I will be with you along
the way and you will have a community to share your experience with! Let’s have fun over the
next 21 days!

➔ Facebook Community: A supportive place where you can ask questions and find
answers as you are on your fitness journey experience. F
itness HQ Community .
➔ Workout Program: A pre-designed workout program that you can access in an
application on your phone so that your workouts are organized. Videos describe each
and every exercise. You can also keep track of your progress. Using the Trainerize app.
➔ Nutrition Program: A pre-designed nutrition guide to help you know what foods you must
have available to consume. It provides information on how to eat enough food and
nourish your body. Using MyFitnessPal.
➔ Accountability: I/your coach, will personally check-in with you and remind you to stay on
track. I will have you set a goal and commit to it 100% every day.
