    Pre-work for Operations:

    1) Expansion Plan to 3 new cities this year:

    To expand to a new city, we would require the following:


    City Lead Team: 8 – 10 Leads
    Volunteer Registrations: Approximately 200 applications
    and adequate Resources and Funds to kickstart a camp in the city.
    But current stats states that:
    City Lead Team: 4 - 5 Leads
    Volunteer Registrations: Approximately 50 applications
    and only 10% of the funds require.

    How would you plan the expansion?

    2) Imagine a City Team isn’t doing well with their operations in the city. They’re
    struggling with almost everything.

    How would you support them? When do you know that it’s time to let the team go
    i.e. dissolve a particular city team?

    3) Tell us about your experience in Operations. No experience is too small!
