PARENTAL CONSENT

WE, MR. SIMEON TONGCUA and MRS. ROWENA GABANES TONGCUA, of legal ageS, married

and resident of Barangay Agsanayan, Buenavista, Guimaras, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to

before me the competent authority do hereby depose and say that:

That we are the parent of PRECIOUS SHEENA MARIZ GABANES TONGCUA, 18 years old and
presently studying at the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City, 1 st year college taking up BS Psychology;

That our daughter will be traveling abroad (Hongkong) to accompany her aunt Mrs. Rebecca G.
Liguan, a government employee of the Local Government Unit of Municipality of Buenavista, Province of
Guimaras;

That we are giving our full consent to our daughter to travel abroad together with our sister,
Mrs. Rebecca Gabanes Liguan for we know that our sister will not violate any existing laws of her
country of destination;

That we are executing this affidavit in connection with the travel abroad of my daughter.
