you can check GPO using command line
Gpedit.msc Then go to Local computer policy \ Computer configuration \ Windows Settings \ Security settings \ Local Policy User Rights Assignment In “Access this computers from the network” please check if there is Administrators group is in if not please kindly added Administrators group into it like below. 4. Check if UAC is disable 5. Check if these rules are enable on FW windows: “File and print sharing” and “WMI”. Or turn off window firewall.
