    I am LUIGIE BAURA BAGO, a permanent employee of the City Environment and Natural
    Resources Office (City ENRO) under its Regulatory and Law Enforcement Division-Pollution
    Control Unit, having a position as Senior Environmental Management Specialist (SEMS), intends
    to signify my utmost desire to apply and avail ONE (1) VACANT LOT on the New Vacant
    Lots that are scheduled for opening at the City Employees Village that are intended for the
    Permanent Employees of the City Government of Tagum.

    This opportunity being pronounced was of great help in my future plan to have a decent
    personally-owned residential property, especially that it is located near our working place.
