ABSTRACT

(The abstract of the manuscript should not exceed 350 words. Abide strictly by this limitation of
length. The abstract should comprehensively but succinctly describe the contents of the paper to the
reader, and abbreviations and reference citations should be avoided.) Introduction: Briefly state the
problem/issue addressed, background and aim(s), in language accessible to a general scientific
audience. Method: Briefly summarize the method used to address the problem. Results: Provide a brief
summary of the results and findings. Conclusions: Give brief concluding remarks on your outcomes.

Background
The background section should be written from
the standpoint of researchers without specialist
knowledge in that area and must clearly state -
and, if helpful, illustrate - the background to
the research and its aims. The section should
end with a very brief statement of what is
being reported in the article [1].

Methods
This can be divided into subsections if several
methods are described [2].

of the research and give a clear explanation of
their importance and relevance. Summary 5. Orengo CA, Bray JE, Hubbard T, LoConte

NOTE FOR AUTHOR(S)

Abbreviations
Abbreviations should be follow SI symbols and those recommended by the IUPAC. Abbreviations
should be defined in brackets after their first mention in the text. Standard units of measurements and
chemical symbols of elements may be used without definition in the body of the paper.

Preparing illustrations and figures

Figures and images should be had a good resolution and labelled sequentially, numbered and cited in
the text. Figures should be referred to specifically in the text of the paper but should be embedded
within the text. The legends should be included from the main manuscript text file and being a part of
the figure file (using Arabic numerals, maximum figure title is 15 words and detailed legend, up to 300
words). X and Y axes (with the description and the unit) should be added in the histogram. The use of
three-dimensional histograms is strongly discouraged when the addition of the third dimension gives
no extra information. The following file formats can be accepted:
• PDF (also especially suitable for diagrams)
• PNG (preferred format for photos or images)
• Microsoft Word (figures must be a single page)
• Power Point (figures must be a single page)
• Excel if the figure(s) is/are graph
• TIFF
• JPEG
The original file(s) can be uploaded as supplementary file(s).

Preparing tables
These should be should be numbered in sequence using Arabic numerals (i.e. Table 1, 2, 3 etc.). Tables
should also have a title that summarizes the whole table, maximum 15 words. Table should be
embedded into the text file but in portrait format (note that tables on a landscape page must be
reformatted onto a portrait page or submitted as additional files).

Preparing formula
Formula or equation should be followed by the annotation, for example:

A=B−C
A: Number of ...
B: Number of …
C: Number of …

Preparing additional files

Supplementary information is peer-reviewed material directly relevant to the conclusion of an article
that cannot be included in the printed version owing to space or format constraints. Any additional
files will be linked into the final published article in the form supplied by the author, but will not be
displayed within the paper. They will be made available in exactly the same form as originally
provided.
If additional material is provided, please list the following information in a separate section of the
manuscript text, at the end of the document text file:
• File name
• File format (including name and a URL of an appropriate viewer if format is unusual)
• Title of data
• Description of data
