INSTALLATION
The Model 633 is available in 3 versions:

1. Standard Version
Standard 633 detectors are mounted to the
door sides (Fig 2). They are normally fitted
flush with the door edge, but can be positioned
back from the door edge if necessary.

2. Leading Edge Version

Leading Edge 633 detectors are mounted on
the leading edge of the car doors (Fig 3). Fig 2

3. Mixed Version
Mixed 633 detectors are mounted on side- 16mm

opening doors. The TX detector is mounted

on the door and the RX detector on the
slampost (Fig 4).

SOFTWARE FEATURES
Fig 3
Power Reduction Function
This software feature prolongs the life-span of
the detectors by putting them into a less active
state when the lift is not in use. It automatically
activates when the detectors are stopped very
close together for more than 10 seconds. In
this mode, scanning is reduced to once every 2
seconds. If the doors start to open, or an obstruction is
detected, then the normal scanning and trigger
mode is resumed. The Power Reduction feature
will not operate if the detectors are fitted in a
static position. Fig 4
