Welcome to FreX16 - Help & Tips

Introduction

Electrotherapy is believed to have been used by early Egyptians to treat disease. The current
method of using specific frequencies for treating health conditions emerged around the 1930's.

Since then, a great deal of knowledge has been gained on the value of different frequencies for
use in treating various diseases. The FreX database is the result of all these years of research,
which is still evolving.

Studies of Frequency Therapy display these potential benefits as a product of a resonant event
be created in the structures ...

o De-vitalization of fungus, mould, virus and bacteria.

o T-Cell excitation and division. Immune boost, more warriors to go into battle.

o Free electrons delivered attach to free radicals, which neutralizes their damaging cellular
effect. I term this "EMA" (ElectroMagnetic AntiOxidant therapy) and will contribute to the
body's immune in similar method vit C, E, A and other biological protectors perform.

o Current studies display body fascia release and unwinding, providing a huge boost and
normalization of body functions. (A field I am particularly interested in)

o Increases cellular electro magnetic potentials, thus raising barriers of entry to harmful
microbes and damaging toxins. Often referred to as "re-charging the body battery".

o Speeds up tissue repair and cellular regeneration functions.

o New research focusing on CeFams. Signal instructions directing the body to heal (China
and Dr. Ian MacLeod Ph.D.

o New research focusing on regrowing lost body parts.

o New research focusing on nerve cell regeneration.

o Current research into scalar waves, a more esoteric science of plasma transmitters
where it is believed new and untapped healing potentials exist, revolving around placebo,
entrainment, and intention amplification phenomena. Positive feed-back news comes
from the Quantum Entanglement application where patient DNA samples are exposed to
FreX frequencies.

o Blood lives for about 3 to 4 days under a microscope. When blood is examined from
someone exposed to frequency therapy, it has lived up to 30 days under a microscope.

o Used as a muscle simulator to relieve pain, reduce spasms and edema, tonify weak
muscles.

o Homeopathic and Naturopathic Doctors use frequencies in numerous applications to help

their patients, including RNA/DNA optimization applications.

1
It has been claimed that everything in this world vibrates when stimulated by the right frequency.
A glass will break when a singer delivers the right notes at the right power. Likewise, harmful
bacteria, virus, mould and fungus will vibrate and become devitalized when exposed to
frequencies that resonate with their tiny structures. This interruption of pathogen provides an
opportunity for the body's immune system to gain control of it microbe populations, and thus heal
from disease.

NASA discovered nerve cell regeneration with 9Hz (a hertz is pulses per second and displayed
as Hz)

NASA also uses audio frequencies to overcome astronauts' bone and muscle waste problems of
gravitational free space flight. These frequencies were found in the study of a cat's purr.
Frequeincies between 20Hz to 50Hz

Doctors around the world use frequency therapy for all sorts of health promoting functions - from
stimulating human cell growth, to devitalizing harmful pathogens.

The more popular use has seen people using frequency therapy as an integrated tool to assist in
the recovery of a health crisis.

If you scan through the database, you'll soon discover the staggering vastness of this therapy and
its great value for being an important tool in the first aid cabinet in every home.

With thanks to the Internet, FreX is now used in every country in the world - by private individuals,
alternative and natural therapy researchers, homeopathic doctors and MD's.

In A Nutshell

FreX is a database of disorders and body stimulation functions. Each disorder has a frequency
list associated with it which can be output via a Windows PC or notebook computer via the sound
system to drive various contact electrode and plasma light transmitters.

FreX is used to control

o Contact electrode systems. Very popular

o Most versions of EM (ElectroMagnetic) plasma transmitters. Popular

o Some researchers use FreX to control their Rife/Bare RF machines. Popular

o For use on any device that requires frequency generation under 20kHz

Navigation In Help

Easy, just click on the menu option the top of this page to access information on that topic.
2
Specifications
While the frequency generator functions in FreX will resolve an output frequency to 0.00001Hz
resolution, the calibration function in FreX denotes accuracy to 0.001Hz.

All Program Manager, Explore and Sweep functions allow inputs to 0.01Hz (This is well beyond
the tolerance level for RIFE instruments). Database entries can be to 6 decimal points and will be
output to 6 decimal point resolution (0.00001Hz) via the function generator software of FreX.

Program Manager Limits

The Program Manager has the following limits.

1. Maximum frequencies in table = 2,000

2. Maximum dwell time (on time) for each frequency = 20,000 seconds (5.5 hours)

This equates to the longest, non looping program to be 458 days in duration.

Language Function
FreX16 has a new language function tool that enables many of the labels and buttons to be
changed to a different language. This has been provided to help people in non English speaking
countries to have a better understanding of the operations of FreX16.

If you are English speaking, then just ignore the language file found message in the FreX16 start-
up splash screen. If you prefer to change the name and labels of FreX16 main form, then you can
use the Tools menu to access FreX16 language and display editor.

When you open the Language form you will be required to load the language file FreX16 reports as being
found. You may then save this as another name, e.g. Spanish, and then select the tabs and edit the text
to display words in your language. Don't forget to save your changes as you progress. To display your
changes, exit FreX16, then restart it, choose your language file and view your changes. FreX
Database

The database name is freqs.db and lives in your FreX directory, usually c:\program files\frex16

I've tried to keep the look and feel of the database pretty simple but also versatile enough to
perform useful functions. The database resides on the main screen, which is viewed when FreX
is loaded

3
There are four main areas to the database

1. The Description/Search Results data is displayed on the left

2. The Comments data is displayed in the center when you click on a disorder
3. The Frequency lists at the center, bottom
4. The Search functions at center top

1 to 3 options above are straightforward

Performing A Search

Quick Search:
Menu letters A to Z provide quick alphabetic access to the frequency sets in the FreX database.
Clicking on any letter will display all the database entries that have a description that begins with
the selected letter.

Text Search:

Three check box options exist in the search box.

o Description

4
o Comments

o Frequency

Frequency cannot be combined with searches where Description and/or Comments are selected.

Example of a Text Search: Type a disorder into the search field, click on Description and
Comments. All records containing your disorder will be displayed when you click on the Search
button.

Example of a Frequency Search: Type 800 into the search text box. Check the Frequency
option box. When you click the search button, all frequency sets containing the frequency 800 will
be displayed.

Performing a search with a blank search box will display the entire database in the descriptions
result display box.

Frequency Search Span

Frequency Search Span allows you to set a search span in 0.1Hz increments above and below
the frequency. This is useful when you wish to know what other disorders are treated by a
frequency in close proximation. I.E. A search frequency of 800 Hz with a span of 1.0Hz will
display all disorders that have frequencies in their programs between 799Hz and 801Hz.

You can keep adding to the span, and click search, and the Results list on the left will update an
expanding list of disorders as more programs that contain a frequency within the span, are found.

Print Search Results

Print Results option from the File menu will run the editor listed in FreX's set-up file [frex.ini] and
will allow you to print or save the search results as a file.
Database Management

The three buttons at the bottom of the Frequency display box are New, Edit and Delete. Use
these buttons to access features to manage database records.

Performing Control Code Searches.

FreX indcludes, the CAFL (Version 2005.11.11), Normalizing Freqs from Bruce Stenulson's web
site and Dr. Hulda Clark Frequencies from her book, "The Cure For All Diseases" ISBN - 1-
887314-02-4. Some sets from Mike at TrueRife.com are also included and the Nogier sets are
included. We have two regimes from Dr. Ian MacLeod Ph.D. China.
Database Control Codes in FreX

o cafl = CAFL (Consolidated Annotated Frequency List)
         Copyright© 2010 Brian McInturff
o china = Dr. Ian MacLeod Ph.D. public released regimes
Copyright© 2006, Dr. Ian MacLeod, Ph.D., New Lhasa Research Facility, China

o dhc = Dr Hulda Clark's sets.

Copyright© 2005 Dr, Hulda Regehr Clark

o brs = Bruce Stenulson sets.

         Copyright© 2010 Bruce Stenulson

o mkn = Standard concert musical key board notes.

         Public domain

To List all of Hulda Clark's frequencies, check the comments section and type dhc in the search
box. All her sets will be presented. The same for Bruce's normalizing frequencies, type brs into
the search box, and with the comments checked, click the Find button, and all Bruce's
Frequencies will be presented. Some sets are from Michael Tigchelaar at TrueRife.com and can
be found with the code trr. If you change the letter cafl, dhc, brs, trr, mkn, china in the comments
section of a selected record, that record will no longer appear in the next code search.
It is easy to build your own code:
 First find a code that doesn't produce a result when you try to find it.
 Then edit the record you want the code search to find and place your code anywhere in the
comments section.

 Save and exit and your new code is ready to go.

 Now you have your code(s) for looking up personalized entries and modifications.

Buffer Manager

6
Frequency sets that you want to use can be selected in the Description Results list and then click
on Send To Buffer button. Your frequency set will be placed in temporary storage in FreX. The
Buffer is use to collect various frequency sets you are interested in. You can either print them, or
create a frequency program to run the frequencies out the sound system to speakers, electrode
or light transmitters.

I will often select a few stimulating and normalizing frequency sets from Bruce Stenulson's sets
and run them for a combined effect at the end of programs.

From the Buffer Management form, you can select Print Preview [send the buffer contents to your
editor]. Delete a selected frequency set, and Clear the Buffer contents.

Cap Function in Buffer Management Form.

At the bottom of the Buffer Management Form, you will be presented with an image similar to
below.

7
This feature was created as higher frequencies are being presented from Scanners that may be
outside the range of your Rife Machine. Sound cards usually have a ceiling around 22kHz. The
Cap function allows you to preserve the original high frequency in your database. It will calculate
down, the octaves of the higher frequency until the frequency(s) falls under your Cap value. A
Cap value is usually 10kHz or 20kHz. You should know the limits of your hardware prior to setting
a Cap. If unsure, set 10.1

Leave the text box empty to disable the Cap function.

My Rife machine's upper limit is around 10,100Hz so I place a cap off 10.1. The Cap calculations
are executed when you press the Print Preview button. The results are reported in WordPad or
the editor you have specified from the File > Set Editor Path menu .

Clear Buffer Prior To It Receiving A New Frequency Set

Next to the Cap value is an option that allows you to toggle the automatic Clear Buffer function. If
you check this, FreX will Clear the Buffer when you send a new frequency set to it. This means
there will only ever be one frequency set in the Buffer. Leaving this unchecked will allow multiple
frequency sets to be sent to the Buffer.

The other features of FreX's database should be pretty straightforward. If you have any queries,
e-mail me at ken@frex.com.au

FreX16 Automatic Database Backup Function

Each time you run FreX16 it will make an automatic back-up of your FreX16 database file.

The FreX16 backup database files can be found in ...

C:\Program Files\FreX16\database-bu

The format of the backed up file is frex16-db-YY-MM-DD-HH-MM.bu

This format tells us when the backup was made.

Example: frex-db-2012-08-28-10-09.bu

This tells us the backup file was made on the 28th August 2012 at 10:09am.

If restoring a backup database file, you will need to copy it to the main FreX16 folder and rename
it frex.db. Then it will be available to the FreX16 software when you next run FreX16.

Error Trapping
If a run time error occurs, then FreX16 will trap it, create a file called frex_error.txt in the FreX16
folder with information of the error. It will then attempt to resume normal operation.

When FreX16 loads, it looks for the frex_error.txt file. If it finds this file it will report on the splash
screen that this file exists. This file can then be forward to me to allow for speedy attention.

8
To remove this Error message, simple navigate to the FreX16 folder and delete the file
frex_error.txt or you can cut and paste it to the FreX16 back-up folder.

When you run FreX16, hopefully you will only see the message Error Free :-)

Frex Program Manager

Frex's Program Management is pretty straightforward. However, there may be some confusing
issues, so we'll discuss all the options here.

In A Nutshell

Frequency sets for various disorders can be selected in the database, stored in a temporary
buffer and used to create programs to run on the computer's sound system.

Often, a disorder frequency set will be made up of between 1 - 40 or more frequencies to be run.
The standard run time per frequency is 3 minutes (180 seconds) for plasma transmitters unless
different advice is reported in the comments. For contacts, it is recommended 5 minutes (300
seconds) per frequency.

More than one frequency set can be placed in the buffer and copied to the Program Table.
9
Running frequencies under 2.5 minutes will have a stimulating effect on microbes, while running
frequencies for 3 minutes or longer will have the desired devitalizing effect. This is simply the
product of Resonance Initiated Field Effects (RIFE).

The Default Program

When FreX runs, it will load the default program. You are free to modify and save the default
program so each time you access FreX, it will be set-up with your program and ready to run.
A Tutorial Is A Good Way To Learn
Select a disorder from the database that has several frequencies attached to it and send it to the
Buffer.

Click the Buffer button at the lower right side of the form, beneath the Program Table.

You will now have a table of frequencies and times. In most cases this is all that is required.

Click on the Start button and FreX will display the Run form where you can execute the frequency
program.

Modify A Program

At times, you may come across instructions in the comments section that require you to alter the
frequency time. Usually it involves just increasing the amount of time for a specific frequency.

This is easily done. Simply click on the time, next to the frequency you wish to change and it will
be sent to the edit box. Here you can change it to its new value, then click the Change button
when done. FreX will update the new value in the Program Table. You can save and open files
from the File menu.

You can also delete and add frequencies manually to the Program Table by clicking on the Insert
or Delete button. To insert a frequency into a specific location, first select a frequency in the
Program Table next to where you want the new frequency to go. Click the Insert button, and FreX
will display a form that will allow entering the frequency as well as the time value, and having it
appear before or after the selected frequency location in the Program Table.

Global Program Table Changes

10
If the program is too long for the amount of time you have available, you have the option to
reduce the program time by:
o Selecting a frequency then clicking the delete button; or by
o Clicking the up and down arrow buttons beneath the table time column. (remember,
frequencies run under 2.5 minutes will stimulate while frequencies run for 3 minutes or
longer will devitalize)

This will reduce all the frequency times by either 1 second or 10 seconds depending on the x1 or
x10 option selected.

Clicking the arrows on the other side of the Buffer and Clear buttons will advance or reduce the
entire frequencies in the program the same way the time is changed.

This has been provided as an offset feature. The common use of this function is to change the
values for the entire program, either up or down one or two Hz (units). This function is used if a
program starts to display signs of not producing results. Pathogen species are constantly
morphing and changing - this offset will assist you in covering frequencies slightly off-center to
help devitalize these microbes undergoing change.

To Remove Duplicate Frequencies:

If your program is made up from numerous disorder sets, then you can check the RDF (remove
duplicate frequencies) check box to delete any duplicate frequencies. This will also reduce
program time.
Cap Values For Hardware Limitations
You may see frequencies in the program that are too high for the sound card (20kHz) or your Rife
Machine has a limit of 10kHz. You can get around this by entering a Cap value of between 1kHz
to 20kHz in the Cap Frequencies box. The Cambrone FDS & FDS+ uses 20 as the Cap
frequency (20,000Hz).
Scalar and Binary Conversion Options

11
When using the Cap Frequency function, I.E. Your program has frequencies higher than
20,000Hz, then you have two options for converting the higher frequencies to below the Cap
value.
 Binary option divides the higher frequency by two, until it is less than the Cap value.
 Scalar option uses the EXP(value) to the power of the octave index to calculate the frequency. It
has been reported that the Scalar octave conversion is just as powerful as the the fundamental
frequency.

FreX defaults to Scalar Octave conversions. This has been provided incase one option is not
working for you, you have another choice.

Clicking the apply button will tell FreX to remove duplicate frequencies and cap any frequencies
over your hardware limits. This will allow you to enter any frequency in the program and have it
modified at octave correct order to work with your hardware.

The Frequency Sort Section:

 The Frequency sort section allows you to arrange your program frequencies in different orders.
 Most of the sets can be run in any order.

 Notes are in the comments section of the database, which specify when one frequency should
follow another, or be at the start or end of a program. This is rather rare but a few disorder sets
are noted as such.

Saving and Opening Programs

All programs created in Frex can be saved to a file name of your choice and later loaded and run
again. The file name default will always be loaded when you run Frex. The Save and Open
program features can be accessed from the File menu.

Currently, the Program Table has a limit of 2000 frequencies; let me know if I should increase this
limit.

If you have any ideas for Frex, please let me know.

When you open the Language form you will be required to load the language file FreX16 reports
as being found. You may then save this as another name, e.g. Spanish, and then select the tabs

FreX Sweep Mode

15
From the Tools menu you access FreX's Sweeps.

Update Build 2012.11.09

The Spacebar now toggles RUN/PAUSE functions and the STOP button has been changed to
Sweep RESET.

Update Build 10.11.01

The FreX Sweep Spectrum has been replaced with a Spectrogram as we have seen this to be
more useful in viewing harmonic densities. When used with the "input" switch and the PFA-4 and
5 as well as just electrodes directly attached to the body and microphone port, then resonant
"flares" may be viewable depending on the sweep settings. We have noticed slight changes in the
harmonic densities when signal resonance occurs "sometimes".

We do not understand enough about the nature of resonance to offer concrete data. The ERS
software works rather differently. While we have done all our work with sine waves, there may be
resonant events in biology that are triggered by square waves, and if so, the spectrogram could
be valuable here for investigating this area of application. For this reason it is made available.

16
Most of the default settings will be usable, but depending on how you hook up the body and what
sensors are used then you will have to play with settings to get an optimun harmonic density on
the spectrogram display.

Other Uses Of Sweeps

Frequency sweeps are useful in many situations. They are used for applying frequency
transmissions to a narrow or broad bandwidth. Many types of micro organisms morph (change)
as they evolve and not the entire population of a pathogen will reside at a given frequency.
Running a sweep program assists in targeting microbes that exist, just off center frequency.

Dr. Hulda Clark's frequency list comprises low, high and center frequencies for a particular
pathogen. Here you can use the frequency calculator to acquire the high and low frequency under
20,000Hz and use these frequencies to generate a sweep of the microbe's range.

Example
Herpes Zoster shingles has a low frequency of 416,600Hz, and a high frequency of 420,200Hz.
Using the Frequency conversion function, we get a low frequency of 13,018.8Hz and a high
frequency of 13,131.3Hz. Stepping through this range in 5Hz units for 180 seconds on each
frequency will take 72 minutes, and will provide an effective treatment regime for this virus.
Sweeps are often used to complement frequency Programs.

On the left of the Sweep form is the Sweep settings. These comprise the Start frequency, Finish
frequency, Step and Time components of the sweep program.

In this release, the Start frequency must be smaller than the Finish frequency. All input settings
are to 0.01 resolution.

FreX comes with James Bare's 10,022Hz to 10,029Hz experimental cancer sweep range, which
can be used to complement all cancer programs.

Example:
In the above sweep program, FreX will run all frequencies between 10,022Hz to 10,029Hz and
will increment the frequency in 0.01Hz steps. It will display and output each frequency for 0.86
seconds before advancing to the next frequency. The program will take 10.03 minutes to execute.

When you change the sweep values, click the Calculate-n-Save button to update program
settings and to save your values.

Two buttons let you control the main program. Start and Stop. When you click the Start button the
program begins and is running in Program mode. This is where FreX outputs the frequencies and
works through the sweep program you created.

At any time you can click on the Explore Option. This will place the Sweep program in pause and
allow you to investigate frequencies in the area around the executing frequency. You may have
experienced a physiological response and wish to see if the running frequency can be tuned into
the response. Physiological responses have been associated with speedier healings when using
resonance initiated field effects (R.I.F.E.).

Controlling Explore Mode and information on physiological responses can be read under the Run
menu in these help files. Information regarding the oscilloscope and harmonics spectrum is also
in the Run section of these help files.

FreX Wobble Function

Most audio signal generation electronics in computers will produce a slightly jittery or wobbling
frequency. In the Rife frequency range, the mid to low audio levels under 8,000 Hz, a jittery signal
exists of about 0.02Hz (2/100 th's of a Hz) when using the stable sine wave, this jittery effect is
slightly amplified with square and other sharp edge wave forms.

It has been found, that by amplifying this effect, by using small sweeps, a broader band width is
produced, which compensates for the targets resonance being slighty off-set to the output
frequency. This function is also known as a frequency convergence operation.

The image below displays the effect transmitted to a resonating signal from a single frequency
without much wobble to the broader effect a wobble function produces.

18
Single frequency, more power on the frequency, but narrow band width.

Wobble function produces broader signal coverage, but less overall signal strength, so
lengthening the frequency run times should be increased to compensate.

Setting The Wobble Function

In this version, the Wobble Sweep function values have been locked to a Sweep Step of 0.1Hz
and with an ON Time of 1 second. You can alter the Lower and Upper limit offset, to create
variable spans for the Wobble function. The green slider allows you to check all the parameters of
the sweep function through the entire 20,000 Hz frequency range.

Usually, resonance band widths will be narrower in Hz at lower frequencies, and slightly expand
as the frequency increases.

You are free to save any Wobble setting for use later on.

To load a saved Wobble settings, simply selected if from the drop down combo box.

Information in this Features section details FreX16 limits and functions that are selected from the
menu system and apply to the Sweeps and Program Run Mode operations.

FREQUENCY DOUBLING X1 and X2 MODE

FreX16 has two modes it can be in. X1 Frequency or X2 Frequency. The mode that it is in is
displayed in the upper caption bar as X1 or X2. Information below describes these modes and
how they effect FreX Frequency Therapy.

The sound card has a fix limit of around 20,000 Hz

If people use frequencies over 20,000Hz in FreX16 then usually this wont come out.

Increasing frequency limits is to aid us managing the SSQ-2F circuit easily. It is the SSQ-2F that
is increasing the frequency, not FreX16.

So when we output 15,000Hz in FreX16 in X2 Mode, FreX16 will divide 15,000 by 2 and output
7,500 Hz.

7,500 Hz goes to the SSQ-2F and it will then double 7,500 and give us 15,000 to the plasma
tube.

When this comes in real handy is when we need to get to the lower ultrasonic frequencies which
are around 20,000 and beyond.

So I can tell FreX to run 30,000 Hz in X2 Mode and it will send 15,000 Hz to the SSQ-2F. The
SSQ-2F then doubles this and gives us 30,000Hz to the tube.

This is how we make value from frequencies higher than 20,000 Hz. We need the SSQ-2F to take
us there, FreX16 can't get there on its own.

The X2 Mode is providing FreX16 with management features for the SSQ-2F.

If running amplifiers other than the SSQ-2F, then we run FreX16 in X1 Mode. X2 Mode is only
used for the SSQ-2F.

From the Tools menu select the menu option ...

[Frequency Doubling X1 X2] option.

This displays the Frequency Doubling form as displayed below.

20
This form allows you to change the Mode FreX16 is in ... X1 or X2 Mode.

FreX16 will save your choice to file when you click on the option so your selection will be
preserved through FreX16 loads.

X2 Mode allows FreX16 to be used with external firmware signal amplifiers and
conditioners that offer frequency doubling functions, such as the SSQ-2F circuit by
Spectrotek.

This becomes handy when we need to output frequencies in the low ultrasonic range
from 20,000Hz and greater. Sound sound amplitude starts to drop off around 15,000Hz
so with frequency doubling, people should not expect stable signals with frequencies
beyond 30,000Hz (when doubled from 15,000 Hz).

ONLY select X2 mode when X2 is selected on your SSQ-2F or other firmware. When not
running firmware in X2 mode, then X1 mode must be used or erroneous results will be
experienced.

21
In X1 Mode the top frequency we can set for FreX16 is 20,000 Hz

In X2 Mode the top frequency we can set is 40,000 Hz but stability may be effected over
30,000 Hz.
