 AGREEMENT For THE SALE of MOTOR VEHICLE
This agreement is made on 02 of June 2020 between Mr. X ,S/o Mr. X1 ,R/o XYZ City
,herein called ‘The Seller’

And

Mr. Y S/o Mr.Y1 .R/o ABC city, herein called ‘The Buyer’

Whereby it is agreed that:

1. The Buyer ,hereby , agrees to purchase the Motor Vehicle whose details are as follows-
a. Make - Maruti
b. Model- Zen Lxi
c. Year-2015
d. Chasis Number -400600X
e. Registration Number- WB20 XXXX

2. The Buyer agrees to pay the Total Amount of Rs. 100,000/- as the price of the said motor
vehicle with half amount (Rs.50, 000/-) on signing of this agreement i.e., today the 02 of
June 2020 and the balance within fifteen days from today i.e., on the day of delivery of
the vehicle.
3. In case the Buyer fails to pay the amount and take the delivery of the above mentioned
vehicle, the seller shall be at liberty to sell the motor vehicle to any other intending
purchaser and advance payment made by the purchaser shall be returned to him.
4. The Buyer shall test drive/try/inspect/check the said motor vehicle before making the
advance payment.
5. The Buyer shall be responsible for any mishap/violation of law/or any other act relating to
the above mentioned motor vehicle from the date of delivery

i. Registration certificate
ii. Tax token Number valid up to 21/12/2022
iii. Insurance certificate valid up to 10/01/2021
iv. Money receipt
