Event Overview
● Name : Tell-a-Tale
● Venue: Online.
Purpose
The purpose of this event was to bridge the gap between visual and textual
representation of narratives. The event aimed to harmonize and create a unique blend
of storytelling via words entwined in the photographs presented to each participant.
Key Achievements
As our lives are more and more to the online platform, the clubs of AHmedabad
University also need to focus their shit towards the same. Keeping up to it, the total
registration seen for the same was impressive and hopes of better numbers are put
forth.
Achievements
● Crossing over the basic benchmark of 20 participants in a high-end event like
this.
● Creation of grade Rubric for assessment, rather than individual free judgement.

a reduction of cost.

Budget Commentary
Individual expenses of Data Packs of both participants and the club members are not
taken into consideration. No remuneration is given to the Photographers of the
respective Images used. All of them are clicked and used by the header of Shutterbugs
of Ahmedabad University and their reflective members who are photographers
themselves.
The only point of expense to be noted is the above mentioned award passed onto the
deserving candidate.
Attendance
