The tittle for this project is Cadangan membina 1 Blok Kondominium

35 tingkat (300 unit) Dengan Podium Tempat Letak Kereta 5 Tingkat,
2 unit pencawang TNB beserta 1 unit pondok pengawal & 1 unit Pusat
Pengumpulan Sampah Fasa 2 di Atas Lot PT 1463 – 1470, PT 1646
dan sebahagian Lot PT1610, Mukin 6, Jalan Pauh Jaya, Daerah
Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang.
