Survey on the Implementation of Flexible Learning Strategies (FLS)

In view of the "new normal" situation we are facing, the school is conducting a survey on how to
implement Flexible Learning this coming SY 2020-2021 considering the fact that face to face
meeting with learners is discouraged because of this pandemic for safety reasons.
Flexible Learning as defined by Commissioner De Vera of the CHED is the "design and delivery
of programs, courses, and learning interventions that address learners' unique needs in terms of
space, place, process, and products of learning.
This survey is also being conducted as basis for coming up with institutional policies and
directions in this regard.
We expect your full cooperation and honest answers to this survey. Thank you.
