COURT.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the instant Application has been preferred by Mr. Sunil

Sehrawat, the Accused No. 2 (hereinafter referred as

“Applicant”) and the partner of M/s Vibrant Holidays which

had been arraigned as Accused No. 1 in the captioned

disposed off matter.

2. That vide the instant Application, the Applicant is seeking

release of FDR bearing Nos. 171000DP00033214,

171000PU00045120, & 171000PU00045139,

 171000DP00033205, amounting to Rs. 20,000/-, Rs.

5,000/-, Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 5,000/- respectively

as the said FDRs are lying in this Hon’ble Court which was

being deposited in lieu of the surety for bail by Applicant.

Copy of the FDRs bearing Nos. 171000DP00033214,

171000PU00045120, & 171000PU00045139,

171000DP00033205, amounting to Rs. 20,000/-, Rs.

5,000/-, Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 5,000/-

respectively are annexed herewith as ANNEXURE A1 (Colly).

3. That it is most humbly submitted that this vide Order dated

31.07.2018 this Hon’ble Court was pleased to dismiss the

aforementioned case on default for non-appearance of

Complainant and thereby, discharging the surety in the form

of FDRs being deposited by the Applicant/ Accused No. 2.

Copy of the Order dated 31.07.2018 passed by this Hon’ble

Court in the captioned matter is annexed herewith as

ANNEXURE A2.

PRAYER

Therefore, in the light of aforementioned facts and

circumstances, it is most humbly prayed before this Hon’ble

that:

a. FDRs lying in the record room of this Hon’ble Court bearing

Nos. 171000DP00033214, 171000PU00045120, &

171000PU00045139, 171000DP00033205, amounting to

Rs. 20,000/-, Rs. 5,000/-, Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 10,000/- and

 Rs. 5,000/- respectively be released forthwith and handed

over to counsel of Applicant;

b. Pass any other order (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit

in the interest.
