    CONSTRUCTION OF SIX STOREY BUILDING (MINISTRY OF
    CONSTITUTION AND LAW) AT MTUMBA AREA IN DODOMA REGION (3
    BOREHOLES, EACH 15M DEPTH)

    Sub: Acceptance of the offer

    Reference is made to your letter with Ref No. GA.213/248/01/197 dated1st October,
    2019 together with our letter of Ref.No. JA110/302/01V/159 dated 19 August, 2019
    regarding the captioned subject.

    CML has accepted your offer for carrying out Geotechnical investigation for the
    proposed site at Mtumba area in Dodoma Region.

    Approach for the investigations will include field and Laboratory tests covering among
    others, Drilling of three (3) boreholes, each to a maximum depth of 15 m, Carrying
    out SPT tests, Taking disturbed and undisturbed samples of soils and rock as
    applicable, conducting laboratory tests on soils, rock and underground water, if
    encountered, and preparation of factual geotechnical investigation report.

    Attached herewith, please find the proposed Work schedule for the assignment
    comprising of time activity chart. CML is ready to commence the assignment
    immediately after signing the contract.

    Kindly forward back the same to us for counter signature.
