To Whom it may concern;

Please excuse Mr. Ken Daban Dela Cruz, for being absent last Friday,
February 21,2020 for he attended the Barangay Council Second Regular
Session. In line with the implementation of Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise
known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015”. It is provided in
the said law, specifically Section 16 paragraph (a) (2) that one of the privileges
of the Sangguniang Kabataan is to be excused from attending their regular
classes while attending their Regular Sangguniang Kabataan Meetings. In
connection to this, we are hereby hoping for your kind consideration to excuse
Mr. Dela Cruz from attending his classes for the said day.

Attached hereto is a copy of the attendance for the said meeting.
