RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 11

A RESOLUTION FOR REPAINTING OF BASKETBALL COURT

FOR THE PREPARATION OF BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT AS
PART OF THE ACTIVITIES FOR FIESTA CELEBRATION 2020.

WHEREAS, one of the top priority of Sanguniang Kabataan Council is the

improvement of the sports facilities in the barangay.

WHEREAS, as part of the preparation for the upcoming Fiesta Celebration

2020 in the barangay, the Sanguniag Kabataan Council is initiating for a
Basketball Tournament open for all the barangays to participate.

WHEREAS, the basketball court will be used for the said tournament, it is just
and right to repaint it

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Christian A. Ocasla, duly seconded by

all members present, it was

RESOLVED, to repaint the basketball court as part of the preparation for the
upcoming basketball tournament.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution will be given to Hon.
Joel C. Ocasla, Barangay Chairman for his copy, copy furnish to the DILG/
Municipal Local Government Operation Office and to the Local Youth
Development Office of Calbiga, Samar for their information and record
