Respected Ma’am/Sir,

Allow me to express my sincerest apology for not attending the class last January 17, 2020 at
22:30 and whatever trouble it may have caused you or the company. I assure you that the
incident was unintentional and I never meant to cause any distress in the workplace. I am a new
teacher and I forgot to wake up at the exact time. I understand that it is against the policy of the
company and I am ready to pay any punishment in return. I am ashamed of my action and
deeply regret too.
I promise that it won’t happen again. I am really sorry and I hope that you will provide me with
at least one more chance.
I really hope for your kind consideration and understanding to let me teach again.
