Applicant generally files a G. passport and if necessary enclose it with his application submitted to the Embassy or High Commission for visa. ‘According to the applicant's petition mentioned in the reference, the respective High Commission or Embassy seeks a loss circular of the old invalid passport which is reported to be lost after the issuance of new passport from respective passport office (copy attached) 2.There is no provision to issue a loss circular of the lost old passport after the new passport being issued.
