subject IMPLAN re: Brother’s Keeper of SPD Personnel.

2. In connection with the above references, please be informed that on

November 25, 2019/Monday, at about 8:30 A.M., PSSg Mark A Payumo - Squad
Leader of Squad No. 90 together with 3(three) squad members PCpl Isidro Lloyd
Azucena, PCpl Michael Furaque and PCpl Mark Johnuel Quinto assembled in front
of DMFB-SPD Office, Lawton Ave., Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig City and the
squad leader conducted accounting, checking of attendance and inspection of
members and reiterated them regarding the PNP 15 Dos and DONTs and PNP
Internal Cleansing Strategy while 2(two) members PCpl Salem Araño is deployed in
Las CPS as Augmented Personnel while Pat Kenneth Macanang was reassigned to
DPHAS-SPD. (See attached pictures).
