DEVELOPMENT

1. PRAYER

Teacher Deisy Gómez Ariza did the prayer asking for health, wellbeing and personal requests.

2. ACADEMIC COUNCIL REPORT

The coordinator Victor Hugo Ortiz informed about how “Pre-Icfes” project and “Superaula” are
working and how “refuerzos” will probably be next year as a requirement of the SED. At the same
time, the coordinator invited teacher to think about how “refuerzos” will be carried out in the different
subjects.
On the other hand, the academic council stablished that students of 11 th grade with 68 points or more
on the “Prueba Icfes” will be waived from the bimonthly exam in the third term.

On the other hand, teacher Carolina Galindo shared with teachers the two days training with the
BRITISH COUNCIL about how to prepare eleventh grade students at school for the “pruebas Saber”
she wrote a report for the principal office and coordinators too which will share with teachers at the
English department too.

3. PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS ORIENTED CLASSROOM PART I: MONITORING,

SOCIALIZATION AND REFLECTION.

Teacher Carolina Galindo explained that the first moment of the monitoring will be to check
spreadsheets and analyse students’ cases to bring further strategies.

Observations:
 Reading grades will be the same for Superaula.
 It is missing to type grades on Sigecol platform.

4. VARIOUS.
 The coordinator Victor Hugo Ortiz asked teacher to be careful with students´ punishment
during break time or in classes and respect students´ needs and personal wellbeing.
 Teacher Carolina Galindo informed about the National holiday on august 9th .

