Mock Quiz

Please read the instructions carefully before the quiz:

2. Please log into the quiz session at 11am and the quiz will start at
11.15 am on the dot. Late comer will not be acceptable.
3. Please turn on your camera before the quiz and camera should
always be on during the quiz.
4. Before the quiz start please show your mobile phone on the screen
to show the tutor/lecturer that they are off. Turn it off in front of the
tutor/lecturer.
5. Please be reminded, if your mobile phone ring or make noise
during the quiz, according to university policy, it is a straight failed.
6. Before quiz, get a pen and paper ready with calculator to answer

7. After the quiz completed, please turn on your mobile and scan
answers, you are given 15 min extra to do this task.

A simple supported beam of span (L) m is loaded with UDL (W) kNm as shown in
Figure Q1. Determine the maximum Moment and Shear force value.
