to commissioning, we provide complete system design. With
a global network of factory certified technicians, startup
commissioning and acceptance testing is just part of the
service we provide. If any issues arise, from a ½” drain valve to
a 300 HP diesel engine after installation, SyncroFlo is the only
phone call you need to make to get the problem solved and
your system back online.
QUALITY CONTROL AND TESTING
Every day, we strive to provide our clients with the highest
quality pumping systems. Our systems are manufactured in
an ISO 9001-2008 certified facility in Norcross, GA. All systems
undergo quality inspection at each stage of the process
in our 155,000 sq. ft. facility. These inspections include an
engineering review before the submittal and manufacturing
process, as well as individual inspections at each stage of the
manufacturing and assembly process. All quality inspection
data is recorded on a hand-held device and uploaded via
a web based app. With the major equipment pumps and
drivers being tested by the respective manufacturer, SyncroFlo
hydrostatically tests all piping in accordance with NFPA 20
requirements. Systems with enclosures receive a full test of all
ancillary equipment related to the pump system enclosure. We
also offer full witnessed factory acceptance testing in an NIST
certified test facility.

Suction Diffusers take turbulent water,
passing it through a straining screen and
a reduced-port orifice, to produce a more
laminar flow pattern. This in turn increases
a pump’s performance and life expectancy.
In addition to improving performance, the
straining screen also acts as a filter, removing
particulate that may appear in your system.
In addition to its ability to act as the system’s Closed Coupled End Suction, Flex Coupled
isolation valve and backflow prevention End Suction, Vertical Inline & Horizontal Split
through its check feature, the SyncroFlo Case
Triple Duty Valve also acts as a balancing
valve. This ensures a uniform flowrate
throughout the system. Due to the split PERFORMANCE
design, this valve can be constructed in both • 2” - 24” Discharges
