Half a billion people who live close enough to the world’s most active volcanoes are in danger, but none
of them really seem to care about that. Technology now helps scientist foresee when volcanoes erupt but they

Now volcano experts are taking a different way to saving lives, by changing the direction of the lava flow with three
methods: setting explosives, building walls, and cooling the lava with water.
