informed me that you have deprived her and your legitimate children with the required
support as defined by prevailing laws.

effective immediately upon your receipt of this letter. This amount will be used by my
client to pay the expenses of your family’s basic needs, including but not limited to food,
dwelling, clothing, medical attendance, education and transportation.

Please take note that the amount being demanded by my client may change in the
future depending on your children’s needs.

May I take this opportunity to remind you that unreasonable deprivation of financial
support to sustain your children’s basic needs is considered child abuse and as such, a
criminal act.

days from receipt of this letter. Your failure to comply with this demand for support
shall constrain us to file the appropriate civil or criminal cases against you to protect the
interest of your wife and children.

We hope for your performance of duty and obligation as a husband and a father and
that this shall not escalate to the costly process of litigation.
