Which was the most unpleasant situation you have become involved in previous
jobs? How did you face that situation?

Situation:​ Striate a cylinder to mount it in the Wheat Titling Mill. The Mill was
stopped and had to make a cylinder wall in 24 hours.

Tasks:​ In the machining workshop I had to striate a 350-strip cylinder with 10 angles
of inclination.

Actions:​ I put a cylinder in the machine and put a facepiece clock on it to angle it
and striate it with a 45-degree blade by 75 degrees and the blade my boss gave me
was 20 by 70 degrees.

Results:​ My working schedule was 8 hours and I made the cylinder pair in 12 hours
(I had to work 4 more hours) but I managed to solve the problem.

In my opinion you are overqualified, why should I hire you?

Situation:​ Because in previous work I have felt able to solve the situations and tasks
that have been assigned to me.

Tasks:​ Because I have the ESO, Baccalaureate, I am a Trading Technician and I

also have 4 level of English.

Actions: ​In my previous work there were several accountants to solve a task and
thanks to my studies and trading experience I was able to help the accountants to
perform this task effectively.

Results:​ Because I believe that with my work experience I am able to bring your
company to success.
