1. For you, what is Expert system technology/development?

- For me, the Expert System Technology/Development is the computer applications
created to illuminate issues. It has the characteristics of legitimate, reliable and flexible.
It is competent of helping people in decision-making and diagnosing an issue.
2. How important ES nowadays?
- The importance of Expert System nowadays is that, it can help people to finish their
work effortless. Expert System can also help people from decision-making.
3. Give at least one benefit of ES and explain it briefly.
- Based on my readings, Expert System can make things more efficient and can benefit
every person by reducing the time needed to solve some issues.
