BANK SET UP FORM

Fill out the required information and upload it to your Grant Application
in Fluxx within the “Organization Documents” area.
Alternatively, you may also send it directly to the Foundation Accounting team at accounting-
foundation@isocfoundation.org

IMPORTANT: Funding will be sent only to Organizations and ISOC Chapters with an official
bank account. For any questions in this regard, please contact your programme’s Grant Manager.

The Internet Society Foundation pays bank fees for wire transfers; however, if
we were given incorrect information (e.g. Swift code, ABA, BIC, IBAN, or
account number) that caused the wire to be returned or to be routed to an
incorrect bank, your Organization or ISOC Chapter is responsible for wire
fees to send out a duplicate wire.
