School Budgetary Needs Assessment Survey 2

School Budgetary Needs Assessment Survey

For this week’s School Budgetary Needs Assessment Survey will be designed for

different stakeholders in the school’s community. Some of the stakeholders that this assessment

will pertain to are the school principal, office staff, teachers, school councilor’s, and school

families such as student’s parents or guardians [ CITATION RIC18 \l 1033 ].

Some of the data that will be collected in this school budgetary needs assessment is what

needs to improve to increase student achievement across the school, what long term planning

there is to support student achievement, what needs did improve student achievement, if there

is/was enough supplies, if visiting teachers are budgeted for, what school wide planning and

research has been done, what professional development strategies have been used, and if there

proper trainings for staff members are budgeted in for school teachers, principals, office workers,

School councilor’s, and janitorial staff [ CITATION Abe16 \l 1033 ].

The input that will be given for this school budgetary needs assessment is needed because

it will give a good idea as to what has worked throughout the school year and will give us an idea

as to what needs to be changed for the upcoming year as well as what should stay the same

[ CITATION Bra68 \l 1033 ]. This input will come from different stakeholders in hopes that we

can plan to the best of our ability to increase student needs and outcomes.
