Immediate Boss: Founding Partners
People in charge: Chef, Security, concierge

Job Objectives

 Managing all aspects of the restaurant, he will be responsible for offering a


high quality menu and motivating the staff to offer excellent customer
service.

 It will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently, in


addition to maintaining a high level of production, productivity, quality and
customer service standards.

General Functions

 Coordinate daily restaurant operations

 Offer superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

 Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

 Evaluate product quality regularly and research new suppliers

 Organize and supervise shifts

 Evaluate staff performance and offer information to improve their productivity

 Estimate future needs for items, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

 Manage the good image of the restaurant and suggest ways to improve it

 Control operating costs and identify measures to reduce waste

 Create detailed weekly, monthly, and annual income and expense reports

 Promote the brand in the local community through word of mouth and events in
the restaurant

 Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (eg discounts and social media
ads)

 Train new employees and regular staff on proper customer service practices

 Implement policies and protocols that support future restaurant operations

Relationship with other departments

 Cleaning Department: It will supervise the working hours and execution of


the established cleaning programs that are carried out, supplying the
materials and utensils necessary to carry out its functions.

 Kitchen Department: It will supervise compliance with the menus, supplying


the materials and supplies necessary to carry out its functions.

 Security Department: Will supervise that all security protocols for the
restaurant are followed.

Skills and knowledge

 Demonstrable experience working as a restaurant manager, or similar


position

 Demonstrable experience in customer service as an administrator


 Extensive knowledge of food and drinks, with the ability to remember and
mention ingredients and dishes to inform customers and service staff

 Familiarity with restaurant management software

 Strong leadership, motivation and interpersonal skills

Age: From 30 to 45 years old
Flexible working hours
Degree in Business Administration; A degree in Management in restaurants or a
cooking school will be valued.
