an organization. Gallup Engagement hierarchy poses some important questions to us to understand
employee engagement. How can we grow? Do I belong? What do I give? What do I get? For the first
time we have 5 generations working side by side: the traditionalists, boomers, Gen X, millennials,
Gen Z. Each generation comes with its unique characteristics and problems.

The 5 needs of the employees as per passion pyramid: To be respected, to learn &grow, to be an
insider, to do meaningful work and to be on a winning team. A winning organization will always try
to meet these needs.

Leverage your Alumni network by collaborating with them on a project instead of asking for jobs.
One of the key questions to ask yourself is, how I have used my time in lockdown? Your future
