Note: The applicant of Agriculture land can pay the “Land Conversion Fee” @2% of basic
value of Land in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and 3% of basic
value of Land in Remaining areas as per (G.O. M.S No 98 Revenue (DA &LR) Dept.Dated
19.02.2018).The amount can be paid in the treasury under head 0035-101-01-001 and the
Challan copy along with Annexure A has to be filed in the Meeseva centre ( Along with
Challan No., Challan Date & the Land Particular for which fee is paid).
