advantages and disadvantages of this trend.
Nowadays, majority of companies prefer to promote their products and services
through internet and social media. This essay will discuss both negative and
positive sides of online promotion.
On the one hand, online advertising brings many positive impacts to businesses. It
is the easiest and convenient way for publishing. Companies can put all types of
their products on web-site in several minutes. Comparing with other types of
promotion companies can save their time and develop different sectors.
Additionally, there is an increasing trend in the usage of internet between
societies. Online promoting can help businesses to reach a huge number of
customers. Companies’ main aim is to increase profit which directly affected by
number of customers. The more customers companies reach, the higher profit
they earn.
On the other hand, online advertisement brings negatives with its. One of them is
hacking problem. Today there are so many hackers who attack web-sites and lock
all information. This trend negatively affects the access of information. While it
seems easy to secure the published information, however, in digital world you are
able to do whatever you want with hacking tools. The other problem is about lag
of web-sites. When we enter the site, the sentence appears that this site
temporarily unavailable because of site is overloaded. This decrease the number
of customers and the availability of advertisements which directly affect profit of
the company. In terms of customers this will be boring to wait while site
downloading.
In conclusion, while online promotion is easiest way and reach huge number of
people, however, it has drawbacks such as hacking and lagging problems.
