Install Gear box shaft and Bevel Gear

 Steps of install Gear box shaft and Bevel gear into Gear box:-

1- Make Sure Lock is closed before beginning of work.

2- Installgear box shaftthat containPinion gear part No 29351AL25 & 1 bearing part No NA52375 & 2 bearing
part no 6217N and its weight about 30 Kg at hole of gear box.
3-Installthe Bevel gear that weight about 10 Kg at the gear box place.
4- Install the flange which contain 12 bolt that weight about 2 kg.
5- Install the upper cover of gear box that weight about 3 kg.
6- Put about 45 liter of Lubrication oil type 80w90 into gear box from oil hole.
7- Make test of Moving gear box shaft slow at the first to make sure from gear box condition.
8- After finished test open the lock and beginning of work.
