Software Installation
Unzip the software into a new directory eg. RESI-ELC-V2. After unzipping the content, start the program RESI-VISXP.exe. Wait for a few seconds,
then you should see the following screen (Designed for 1024x768 pixel screens or larger):

System configuration

If the PC has no connection to

Output configuration
The output is not used and also
the output will not be displayed
in the control outputs screen.
The output is a standard light
circuit output. You can switch the
output on and off or toggle the
actual status via the PC

The output is a timer output. You can start


the timer via PC and the output will switch
off automatically after a certain amount of
minutes. The Time can be setup for each
output individually.

Comparsion to On/Off/Toggle function, the
output doesn’t switch off immediately. After
a certain amount of minutes configured, the
output swicthes off.

The output uses Timeporgram #1 to #8 for


switching on or off
Time program #1 to #8
The actual date, time and weekday of the ELC controller
is displayed here. If the field is white, the time program
is not active. If this field is yellow, then the time
program is active.

You can define 4 time ranges bounded on weekdays. In


this sample you see two time ranges one starting at
4:00AM and ending on 8:00AM only on Monday till
Thursday. The other two time ranges are not used.

Scenes #1 to #8

For each output you can define a action, which the


output should execute, if the scene is activated.

must be green, otherwise the
scene button is not visible in
the operators panel. This field shows the actual
status of the connection to the
ELC system. GREEN is ok, RED is
error in communcation. Check

Scenes #1 to #8

Here you deifne the action, which is executed for this


output, if the scene is activated by the user.
Unused means, that no action is taken on this
specific output, OFF means that the output is
disabled completely, Switch ON/OFF changes the
mode of the output to On/Off/Toggle and switches
the output ON/OFF, Start Timer changes the mode of
the output to Timer and starts the delay timer, Stop
Timer changes the output to mode to Timer and stop
the timer and switch off the output, Start
Timeprogram#x changes the mode of the output to
Timeprogram#x
Control outputs

Here the user see the actual status of the 22 outputs.


Simple click on the output and select the switching
function, you want to start.

Be careful, the system supports a central ON/OFF


function. If central OFF is active, ALL outputs are
switched off and no switching is accepted by the ELC
controller. (Master ON/OFF). So first press the central
ON button and then press the output you want to
control!

Start the scenes in clicking onto the Scene buttons.


Only the scenes, which are configured are displayed
here.
