PARADIGM AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS:


Basically paradigm is a broad agenda of perception, belief and thoughts, values, or understanding
according to practice and theories or research work. According to given research paper pragmatism
dimension of paradigm used in which it elaborates the key of research problem through idea,
approaches, method, principal or their mixture. It recommended to the researcher to implement
possibility or need-based approach go for the methods or approaches

The positivist paradigm and constructive paradigm are the opposite dimension of pragmatism.
Pragmatism work on achievements and the increases of pragmatic paradigm happened with
facing a same way with the incensement of the mixed-methods approach.

However, to solve research problems flexibility came from pragmatism method. While mix
method approach is better approach to find out the reality and solving problem according to the
believes and thoughts of Pragmatists there are hidden multiple realities whereas in this research
mixed method approach used likely researcher elaborate in this research paper about entrench
creativity of ones which is indefinite reality, because it isn’t reflecting single truth. Multiple truth
reflecting multiple characters in single applied person like dominancy, openness for change,
perfectionism, social boldness or abstractedness, at different phases of single person.

RESEARCH APPROACH:
This research paper follow the phenomenological approach in which understanding of
experience of every individual. It explore the experience of every single person and it also
explore the phenomena of their experiences. This research is based on collection of information
of large number of individual through which we are able to find out exact perception of every
individual with clarity or able to reach at the bottom of the information by using multiple tools
like interviews, discussion and observation. In this research of phenomenological approach,
interview tools used which most common tool is by the researchers through which they are able
to organize their large and detail data in a proper manner to analyze it. Every individual of this
research participant having relevant background from creativity which is the research topic of
this research paper and the educational sited of the participant of this research from business
class and engineering class. This approach reveals the truth behind of the research and clarify all
the assumptions.

METHODOLOGY:
Methodology is the key for the any research work. Logically and ethically it support your chosen
research method either it is qualitative or quantitative or mix method. Mix method is a method in
which combination of quantitative and qualitative research approach used.
The given research paper mix method were used. On the basis of creativity personality test was
conducted between two groups of students. Methodology of a research linked with previous
research (literature review) and research question. In the methodology researcher elaborate the
drawback of the approach and then how to overcome on that drawback and explain the reason
why that drawbacks are not relevant. In this research interview tool were used in which detail
open ended answers of question based on focus group were asked by students, the answers were
listen carefully and recorded. The open ended answers are semi-structured. The type of question
in interview tools are seven hypothetical, Provocative, Ideal, Interpretative, Leading, Loading
and multiple, according to the given research paper interpretative questions were asked by the
students and the focus of the research questions on experiences and their knowledge, themes
were created from their answers. The researchers focused on groups of students, engineering
student and business students. The research reflect that the creativity is not established in
advance it enhances according to every individual.

In the given research paper the data which is given by the students of business class and
engineering class was insure by two researcher. According to the researcher create categories
only six students were selected.

SAMPLING TECHNIQUES:
A group of people, event, or any other element which were selected by researcher to conduct a
study named as sampling. The given research paper researcher selected two groups which reflect
the non-probability sampling techniques that represents Purposive sampling. Its other names are
judgmental, subjective sampling or selective, this sampling based on the judgement of the
researcher. It’s up to the researcher how many participants, events or any element were selected
by him. The researcher selected two groups, 13 samples out of 15 population from business
university student and 18 sample out of 20 population from engineering university students to
analyze more creative student between them.

JUSTIFICATION:
To acquire an appropriate and précised result the researcher used mixed method to explore the
domain specific creativity which is establishing the creativity of entrepreneur personality
between the two groups engineering and business school students. In this investigation
researchers are able to explain way of thinking and creativity of entrepreneurs and develop to
improve teaching skill and educational skills for building more creativity in students.
