High Performance Leadership (HPL) – six intensive days with the focus on you, your leadership styles, your vision, and
the impact on your team, organization and customers. Explore your personal leadership patterns, learn how to leverage
your strengths and focus your mind for success, and discover how to create and lead highly effective teams. Experience
the techniques that successful business leaders, world-class athletes, and outstanding musicians and artists rely upon
to achieve great results. In short, focus on the core skills you need to consistently deliver outstanding performance.

Participant profile
You’re an experienced executive, wanting to achieve the next level of effectiveness in leading individuals,
teams and large groups to their highest level of sustained performance. Your class members have a minimum
of 10 years’ management experience and come from a wide range of industries, functional backgrounds and
geographic regions.

Team opportunities
Why not use the program to kick off a new initiative in your organization, or to address new leadership challenges
in the execution of a new or changing strategy? Develop a common approach and language, and increase the
impact by sending several executives to the same program – either simultaneously or over time.
