The customer wrote a letter to the BSNL Regional Office to inform them that they seem to be losing more than 50GB of WiFi data within 15 days, which is more than their actual usage. This issue has not happened with their previous scheme. They recently took a new scheme along with their existing MTNL landline connection, which they have been using for a long time without any such data loss problems before. The customer requests the office to look into this matter and take necessary action, otherwise they will be forced to disconnect their connection.

SUB: -Excessive Data Loss Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that we seem to be losing more wifi data than our actual usage. It is really difficult to understand that how we lost more than 50 gb of data only in fifteen days of time. Because this hasn’t happened in the previous scheme that we had. Only after we took the new scheme just recently this is happening. We got MTNL landline (no: -20853727) along with broadband. We are using MTNL for a long time and we never had this kind of problem before. Therefore, I request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action for the same. Otherwise we will be forced to disconnect our connection. Thanking You,
