MINUTES FOR MEETING 21ST MARCH 2020,10:00AM-13:00HRS AT LERATONG HALL

AGENDA;

 Overall collection of membership registration

 Subscription
 Rules and regulations for the Corporation
 Number of current members and whether there is a need for recruitment of new members
 Layout of the membership form
 Discussion, classification and narrowing of Ideas with the purpose finding the end goal idea
 Registration Process of the Corporation
 Overall collection of membership registration amounts to M12,000.00. with Mpesa Account
(M6,800.00) Eco Cash Account ( M5,200.00) Respectively.

 SUBSCRIPTION;

An amount of M100.00 is to be paid by each member by the 5th of every month. Failure to pay by the
stipulated time,50% of subscription will be added and and expected to be paid.

 RULES AND REGULATIONS;

These rules and regulations are to be signed upon filling of the membership form. They are set to
discipline, add more direction and order to members. Please note that UPON SIGNING EACH MEMBER
AGREES TO FOLLOW AND ABIDE BY THEM.

RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS;

 Every member is ought to pay subscription of M100 before or on the 5 th of every month
commencing with this very one ( March)
 50% of subscription should be paid by each member who has failed to pay upon deadline of
collection of subscription as per month i.e after 5th of every month
 If a member fails to pay subscription for 3 consecutive months then he or she is considered a
DISSOLVED MEMBER and nobly walks away with ZERO REFUNDS.
 The late comers for or during meetings pays M20 cash upon arrival at such meeting.
 This group (whatsapp) is open to any ideas,suggestions,discussions and whatever corporation
related matters from 6AM TO 10PM of everyday, if any member goes against this rule serious
action will be taken.
 ISSUE OF ATTENDANCE BY EVERY MEMBER TO EVERY MEETING WAS RAISED BUT NO
DECISION WAS MADE YET DUE TO SCATTERING OF MEMBERS AS WE LIVE FAR APART
,HOWEVER ONCE ITS RESOLVED IT WILL BE MADE KNOWN TO ALL.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ADJUSMENTS AND ADDITIONS WILL BE MADE AS TIME GOES ON…

 NUMBER OF MEMBERS AND IF THERE IS A NEED FOR RECUITMENT OF NEW MEMBERS;

 An immediate decision done through voting was made and one member MRS MAKOSE
REBECCA MONESE ( Owner of the place meetings are held at) joined the team equalizing us to
the total number of 61 MEMBERS.
 It was concluded that no need of recruitment of new members for now until year 2021
REVIEW.
 LAYOUT OF THE MEMBERSHIP FORM;
 A form will be sent in this group together with the rules and regulations attachment and
each member is expected to;
 Fill in the form
 Sign the attachment
 Scan the documents together with the identity document and submit to the email address
that would be provided.
 DISCUSION OF IDEAS;
 Up to this far, the corporation has not finalized the targeted or end goal idea that we are
aiming at due to several suggested ideas that could be beneficial to this movement, therefore
it was suggested that we classify the mentioned list of ideas to narrow the list so that a
decision could be made that way making it easy to know the COMMON GOAL, HOW IT WILL
BE REACHED WITH HOW MUCH AND FOR HOW LONG. So this procedure needs a very vigilant
smart research to be thoroughly conducted and discussed before any final decision is made.

 FARMING PROJECTS
 LIQOUR
 MACHINERY
 ADVERTISING

Please be aware that this would be further discussed in the next meeting so that a final decision
would be made.

It was also suggested we look into the idea of buying land/site as it’s a long term investment that
appreciates.

 REGISTRATION PROCESS;

Memebers were made aware that it is very crucial to REGISTER the corporation and the licensed
documents and constitution in order. It was therefore concluded that the information for registration
process will be gathered and made known and then the next step will taken.

In a nutshell, the meeting was very resourceful and directory I therefore encourage each one of us to
take this seriously .GOD BLESS THIS MOVEMENT.
