AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, CATALINA GARQUE GENABE, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of

MALINAO NAUJAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO, Philippines, after being duly sworn in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am a retired sewer;

2. That I am a bonafide member of the Social Security System (SSS) with assigned SSS

Number/Common Reference Number 33-2782195-6;

3. I am presently unemployed in any private or government institution here in the

Philippines or in abroad, and therefore not filing my Income Tax Return since 2001;

4. At present, I am only dependent upon my family who supports me for my personal

needs and daily sustenance which support do not have any character of
permanency;

5. I am executing this Affidavit in order to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing allegations for whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.
