CHICKEN CURRY
What you’ll need :
 1 kg of chicken
 1 can (400ml) cococnut milk
 2 Chilies
 3 Gloves of garlic
 1 Banana shallot
 2 Lemon grass (crushed)
 3 cm Galangal (crushed)
 4 Candlenuts
 2 Lime leaves
 1 Bay leaf or 2 Indonesian salam leaves
 1 Tsp ground corriander
 1 Tsp ground turmeric

Cook utensial:
 Pan frying
 Sharp knife
 Spatula

How to make it:


1. Blitz all the spices(except leaves,galangal and lemon grass)
2. In a hot pan add around 3 tbsp oil,put in all the
chickenpieces.Saute a bit until the colour changed.Set a side.
3. I another pot add 2 tbsp oil,after it’s hot enaugh put in the spices
puree.
4. Stirr for 2 minutes until aromatic then you can add
leaves,galangal and lemon grass.
5. Stir some more for another minute then you can add half cooked
chicken into it.
6. Add coconut milk and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste
You an seve this curry with steame rice or rice cake,prawn
crackers and fried onion.
