Lemon pie

Grade 8º
Ingredients:
-a 1/4 cup of milk type cookies.
-a 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
-a tablespoon of sugar
-a 1/3 cup of butter without melted salt.
-800 grams of condensed milk.
-a cup of fresh lemon juice.
-The zest of a lemon.
-300 milliliters of cream.
-Vanilla.

Process:
To start, we make the base with 150 grams of maria cookie crumbs, a
teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of sugar, mix everything and add 1/3 of
butter without melted salt and mix it, then transfer it to a mold to compact the
crumbs. Now we prepare the filling with 800 grams of condensed milk, a cup
of fresh lemon juice and the zest of one lemon, mixing well for two minutes.
Then we add the filling to the cookie mold we had prepared and refrigerate it
overnight.
Now I am going to make the cream for this in another bowl I am going to put
300 milliliters of cream, milk cream, a tablespoon of sugar and a little vanilla
and mix it. Later we take the pie out of the fridge and decorate it with the
cream.
