Subject: Update for the Marketing report.

The report about Unilevers’ product lux has been coming along pretty well. We have conducted all the
secondary research required and have written a rough draft consisting of all the information required.

We now need a formal one to one meeting with the marketing representative at the company. We have
emailed her our concerns and are waiting for her approval on our request, as soon as we get done
conducting the interview, we shall start working on our video presentation and finalize the report.

I had a concern regarding the presentation, I was wondering if you could guide with an idea proposal I
had regarding the video. My group and I had initially planned on taking interviews from students in our
university and see what their preference in soap is and also translate the same through a google form
and hence compile the data given to explain our findings as an extra step of work to improve our report
argument.

I was also wondering if we can include our own views as well and to add a solely opinion based
argument so that the research does not come off as biased towards the brand but we can tackle the
whole market and provide details for both side of the coin . For this idea, a retail audit would be needed
as we can then compare lux prices and its competitors’ prices and gain feedback from Pakistan’s biggest
Local trade markets.

Respect Sir I would like to thank you for taking out time for listening to my request and with it some
criticism about the universities academic enrollment system through oracle.

I would like to highlight to you that the enrollment system we are using was implanted back in 2010 and
last updated in 2013, since then the system has became old and obsolete , with regards to the increasing
number of students and lack of good faculty , it is hard for each and every student to get teachers.

The Portal at the time of enrollment freezes if you have an old computer and not the best internet ,
considering we live in a third world country where more than half of the pollution barely has internet
access and those who have it , the connection barely works I implore we students should be given
flexible date for enrollment.

I also want to highlight that if I am supposed to pay a hefty semester fees for my education then I
deserve to get education of the highest regard. I must implore that the enrollment system should cater
my needs and preference for teachers, and it shouldn’t be a rat race for who clicks the enroll button the
fastest.

The portal also has bugs and technical problems which need to be addressed I understand times are
very difficult but considering the summer semester is round the corner and my emails to the IT
department have gone unanswered I request that you look into the matter and help us students.

Dear concerned Personnel,

I hope you get this email in good health , I had recently bought your yearly subscription and have been
delighted by the service for a month but since then I have been facing many issues regarding the service
not functioning at all.

I had bought your subscription back in January 21 st ,2020 and since February I regret to inform you that
for consecutive 12 days the services has not worked , and I have ignored the issues regarding
connectivity and plethora of bugs and crashes.

I would like to request a refund as I have barely used the service in the two months I have had it , I
regret spending money into this service because your deal looked very appealing but it has failed to
perform up to mark and my moneys worth has not been provided.

I have tried to call your service center regarding my complains, but no one seems to respond with my
request, and I feel your company lacks the knowledge of how to provide good customer service. My
account number for song throng is (#456), please respond to my request at the earliest as I have had
enough of wasting my hard-earned money on such a horrible experience.

I hope you guys improve your services so that other customers do not suffer, thank you for taking out
