OBJECTIVE

To develop communicative skills through different phases in which the students will be able to
reinforce specific topics involved with the current program they are taking part.

First phase: Planning First Term: March 2nd to March 8th

Second phase: My Marketing Channel Second Term: April 13th to April 19th

Third phase: Youtube Marketing Video Third Term: May 11th to May 17th

First Phase
In this phase you will work for one of these companies, choose one and start getting into a
marketing campaign.

Step 1: Organize a group of 3 members, in the link “Creating My Group”, select one group by
clicking on the group, then click the button “Save my option” to finish the process.

Step 2: Complete the file “PLANNING” by taking into account the instructions given in this file. In
this file you are going to follow different steps to make a marketing campaign on line and also find
important information to develop the project.

Then you must prepare a short speech you will deliver in class. This speech will let you expose the
campaign objectives, the public (TARGET) you will lead the campaign and the strategies or actions
you will take into account. In this file you will

Steps to create an online marketing campaign


When we add the term "online" we already know what the campaign will be, but not the main
communication channel. For this reason, it is very common to find articles or projects that specify
“online marketing campaign in social networks”, “content marketing campaign” or even
“marketing campaign with influencers”.

1) Define short and medium term objectives

Every marketing campaign will try to achieve results based on a series of objectives, which can be
defined in a short and medium term. We understand the long-term objectives as a fact to be
achieved through the Marketing Plan. It is important that these objectives be defined using the
SMART methodology.

S: Specific WHAT?

M: Measurable HOW MUCH?

A: Attainable / IS IT POSSIBLE?

R: Relevant / IS IT RELEVANT?

T: Timely / WHEN?

2) Define the buyer person

Do you really know who you are going to address with this marketing campaign? This is the
moment when you must select a part of your target audience and direct the whole campaign
towards it. Any company has several buyer people.

3) Select the appropriate strategies and propose the actions

Marketing strategies are achievements of actions through which a series of specific objectives are
achieved and which have a series of budgets assigned to each of them. For example, if one of the
objectives of the campaign is to build customer loyalty, email marketing and Social Media will be
perfect for this. The success of the campaign depends largely on the strategy to be followed.

Netflix is a marketing machine: it communicates the value of its series through digital content,
street marketing actions and social networks. With a little advertising investment, the power it has
