Mr. António Guterres

Secretary-General of the United Nations
United Nations
United Nations, S-233
New York, NY 10017

Dear Mr. António Guterres, Secretary General of the United Nations. I hope you and your whole family
are very well. I hereby wanted a super important issue for which you are generating too many side effects
in our environment due to inadequate control of the technology.

For a long time, industrial and technological needs have been met without paying attention to possible
damage caused to the environment. Now it seems that at least these damages are found; all that remains is
to put the means within our reach to avoid them.

These environmental problems caused by technological activities. Human activities, from obtaining a raw
material to disposing of waste generated after obtaining a technological product, can have dire
consequences for the conservation of the environment. Some examples are desertification, the
environmental impact of technological works, the contamination produced in obtaining and treating many
raw materials or energy sources, and the waste generated in many industrial activities.

Science and technology at the service of the environment can serve to help conserve the environment.
Examples include predicting forest fires, recycling specific materials, or using alternative energy sources.

Not to mention that we also have a direct environmental impact on the execution of public works (roads,
swamps, etc.) and mining operations modify the ecosystem where many animal and plant species live.
These works can separate the towns on both sides of the highway and railroad, among others.

In accordance with the aforementioned, we request that a global resolution be implemented so that only
biofuels exist, mandatory recycling of mobile and electronic devices, digital press or electronic newspaper,
eliminate the CO2 that generates the greenhouse effect and contribute to global warming, implementation
of waves and tides in turbines to transform mechanical energy into electrical energy, solar panels to
concentrate the power of the sun, thus optimizing energy absorption.
