    REG: AGGREMENT LETTER TO ACCEPT OUR OWN SOIL TO BE DUMP AT YOUR LAND.

    Referring to above matter we would like acknowledge and our gratitude for accepting
    our own soil to be transfer to your land at Nilai 3 without any charges.

    The appointed Soil hauler will be Perniagaan Maju FS PT.4728 JalanTS 1/18 Taman Semarak
    71800 Negeri Sembilan. His main task will be transporting our own soil from our perimeter to
    your land safety.

    The source of our soil is from land slide beside our company that within our company perimeter
    that was eroded. We need to clear and remove this soil since it causes eruptions to our
    company operations.
