Welcome you to participate in the collection project of Beijing Magic Data

Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Magic Data” or “we/us”) to be
conducted by the equipment designated by the project. We highly respect and attach
great importance to your personal information and privacy protection. This Consent
intends to let you understand as easy as practical that we aim to obtain your consent
and take appropriate measures to collect the personal information and privacy that you
use, provide and retain in the process of your participation in the collection project of
Magic Data, so that you can clearly understand the purpose of collecting the
information, possible use and contents of other respects before allowing us to collect
the information.

[How we collect personal information legally] Magic Data is a company

dedicated to providing authorized data legally for the artificial intelligence technology
industry, and developing relevant products and services accordingly. What you are
going to participate in is a voice collection project to be provided with charges by
Magic Data to its third party with contractual relationship. By presenting this privacy
policy as stipulated in the Consent to you, Magic Data has obtained your consent to
having personal information collected. Please further understand that your voluntary
provision of personal information after knowing this privacy policy will be deemed as
your permission for Magic Data’s lawful collection and that Magic Data is also
assigned responsibility to protect your personal information as much as it can.

[Personal information you agree to provide] When you voluntarily participate

in the voice collection project or the image collection project, we will ask you to
voluntarily provide the following personal information: your voice and content,
gender, age, and place of birth. Magic Data will not actively ask you to provide any

personal information other than the aforementioned.

[Disclosure and use of your personal information] Magic Data will treat the
information with an attitude of high diligence and prudence, and use and disclose your
personal information in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Content. We
may disclose the information including voice and content, gender, age, place of birth
provided by you in the voice collection project to a legally established third party that
has entered into contract with Magic Data, the research and development team of
Magic Data and/or related parties of Magic Data that has legally established. When
providing information of voice, content, gender, age and place of birth, Magic Data
may, according to the requirements of laws and regulations and the reasonable
requirements of the contract party, carry out a secondary processing of de-
identification to the information, or carry out marking, quality inspection,
examination and acceptance, and also check whether the information conforms to the
provisions of current effective laws of our country and whether any infringement of
the rights of any third party is involved. In the process of disclosure and use, Magic
Data will adhere to the principle of “the least and sufficient to use”, and try as much
as possible to conduct processing of de-identification to the information of voice and
content, gender, age and place of birth that you have provided.

In any case, Magic Data will not disclose in any way any personal information
other than the aforementioned that has been indirectly received during
communication with you to any third party without your express consent.

[Management and protection of your personal information] Magic Data will,

in compliance with laws and regulations and the due time as required by the contract
party, maintain the information of voice and content, gender, age and place of birth
that you have voluntarily provided. If the products or service of Magic Data are to go
cross-border and we need to transmit your personal information to overseas, we will
handle it in strict accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and ensure
the security of your personal information. We have adopted reasonable and feasible
security protection measures in line with the general solutions of the industry to

protect the personal information provided by you from unauthorized access, public
disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss; we have set up a well-established
information security management system and internal security affair handling
mechanism; we will carry out data security awareness cultivation and training and
assessment of security capabilities for employees, so as to strengthen the employees’
understanding of the importance of protecting personal information.

importance to the protection of minors’ information. If you are a minor, it is
recommended that you request your guardian to read this Content carefully and
provide us with the information of voice and content, gender, age and place of birth
provided that you have obtained the consent of your guardian. In case your guardian
disagree that you provide us with such information based on this policy, please cease
immediately and keep us informed in time so that we can take measures accordingly.

[Privacy policy update and how to contact us] We may update this privacy
notice from time to time to adapt to the development of law, technology or business.
When we update this privacy notice, we will make a notice in an appropriate way. If
applicable data protection law requires us to obtain your consent when we are to
materially amend the privacy notice, we will abide by the provisions of the law. You
have rights to check on the latest updates of this privacy policy through Magic Data’s
website.

If you have any comments or suggestions on this privacy policy, please send an

your request and ensure our efficient handling of your questions and reply to you on a
timely basis, please submit your valid contact information and we will reply within a
period of no more than 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our reply, especially in
case you think that Magic Data’s handling of personal information provided
voluntarily by you has infringed on your lawful rights and interests, you may also
seek a final solution through the following external channels: to file an arbitration
lawsuit with China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The

arbitration award shall be final and binding on both you and Magic Data.
