GRILLED

LAMB CHOPS

1 pc Lamb chop
1 tsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
INGREDIENTS As needed Bacon strips
tt Salt and pepper

1. Prepare the standard marinade.


Mix the olive oil and mustard.
2. Marinate the lamb chop. Soak it
in the marinade for a few
PROCEDURE minutes to an hour. Season it
with rosemary, thyme, salt and
pepper.
3. Wrap the steak with strips of
bacon until it is covered. Use
toothpicks to fasten the bacon
strips together.
4. Grill at 210ºC or 420ºF.
5. Finish in the oven for 10 minutes
at 200ºC.
