DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

HENRY TAW LO, proprietor of Cotabato Textile Mart (hereafter, the

"DONOR"), with address at 8 Sinsuat Ave., Cotabato City;

and

Brgy. Dao, Dauis, Bohol

witnesseth:

That the DONOR is the lawful owner of:

“10 Boxes of Mask and 3 boxes of disposable underwear”

That the DONEE is in dire need of the aforementioned items in order to protect the
doctors, nurses, health workers and everyone who may need the same from the
dreaded COVID-19 Virus that is the cause of the present global pandemic;

That FOR and IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE’S trust, devotion and appreciation
shown to the DONOR, and as an act of gratitude and liberality on his part, the
DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation,
unto the said DONEE, its agents and assigns, the above described personal items and
effects, free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive his
creditors, and that he has reserved for himself sufficient funds and property;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR have hereunder subscribed their names
