Why and how the in-flight services different from each other?

 The mission of SpiceJet is to become India’s low-cost airline providing tickets to


customers at lowest possible prices with the highest consumer value.
 SpiceJet always ensured that flying is not only restricted to CEO’s and business travelers
but affordable to everyone.
 SpiceJet only has the economy class with no complimentary meals and in-flight
entertainment whereas Jet Airways has all type of classes and they too don’t provide any
complimentary meals or any in-flight entertainment.
 SpiceJet has 312 flights everyday which covers 55 destinations, in which 47 are domestic
and 8 are international whereas Jet Airways has 84 flights everyday which cover 52
destinations.
 The cost of hot meals in SpiceJet is Rs. 275 and the cost of sandwiches start from Rs.
180. In Jet Airways, the cost of lunch and breakfast starts from Rs. 300 and the cost of
sandwiches and burgers start from Rs. 200.
 SpiceJet is known as a typical low cost carrier. SpiceJet also provides a business class in
the name of SpiceMax.
